Glen Phillips

Associate Vice President, Creative Services, SESAC

Hailing from Midwestern Illinois, Glen has over 20 years of experience across a variety of sectors in the music industry including artist management, music licensing, tour management and performance rights. After getting his start as a student talent buyer at Southern Illinois University in 1985, Phillips spent the better part of the 90s as a tour manager for heavy rock acts including Limp Bizkit and Stabbing Westward. In 2000, he graduated into artist management representing the legendary blues guitarist and Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inductee Buddy Guy, and singer-songwriter couple Over the Rhine. In 2010, Phillips joined indie taster makers The Windish Agency where he co-founded Windish Music Licensing. He currently works in Los Angeles as a Writer-Publisher representative for the boutique performing rights society SESAC.
